Luke Farley

Republican Nominee for
N.C. Labor Commissioner

Endorsed by Cherie Berry

"The best way to empower workers is to have a strong job market. As Labor Commissioner, I’ll fight to make North Carolina a magnet for good paying jobs."

        - Luke Farley

           N.C. Labor Commissioner, Republican Nominee

Luke Farley is a husband, father, Christian, and common-sense conservative. He grew up in North Carolina, went to school here, and is choosing to raise his family here. He wants North Carolina to be the safest place to work and the best place to do business in the country. He'll fight every day for worker safety, common sense regulation, and cutting red tape.

Luke Farley has been endorsed by the “Elevator Lady” herself, former Labor Commissioner Cherie Berry, the first female and longest serving commissioner in North Carolina history. As a Workplace Safety Attorney with over fourteen years of experience, Luke has been on the front lines, keeping workers safe and helping small businesses create more and better paying job opportunities.

Now, Luke is bringing his passion and expertise to the role of Labor Commissioner. He knows what it takes to keep workers safe, healthy, and prosperous. As a common-sense conservative, he understands we need to look after the lives and livelihoods of all our working men and women. Luke has the real-world, professional experience we need in our next Labor Commissioner.

Luke grew up in Onslow County and now lives in Raleigh with his wife of eleven years and together they have three young boys. He's a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law. As Labor Commissioner, Luke will get up every day ready to work for the people of North Carolina.
